What this site does

Orem Water Damage Pros is a free referral and information service. It passes homeowner requests to independent water damage restoration companies in Utah County and publishes general information. We don't perform, schedule, manage, supervise, inspect or guarantee any work, and we are not a contractor.

Independent companies

The companies that contact you are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or subcontractors. Any quote, contract, payment, warranty or dispute is between you and the company you hire. Before hiring, verify the company's license with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing at dopl.utah.gov, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written contract.

Prices and information

Prices on this site, including the calculator, are typical ranges from published cost guides. They are not quotes or offers. Your actual price comes from the company after it inspects the damage. We try to keep information accurate and current, but laws, policies and prices change, and the site is provided "as is" without warranties.

No legal or insurance advice

Nothing on this site is legal, insurance, medical or financial advice. For questions about your policy or claim, ask your adjuster or a Utah attorney. For health concerns after sewage or mold exposure, see a doctor.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Orem Water Damage Pros isn't liable for the work, conduct, pricing or results of any company you hire, or for decisions you make based on information on this site.
