What we collect

When you use the quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of problem and the details you describe. If you call, the call may be routed and logged with your number and the time of the call.

How the form works

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting it. Submissions are delivered by email through Cloudflare's email delivery to the operator of this site.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the independent restoration companies we match you with, so they can contact you about your water damage. Those companies are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the pages, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device and browser. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to pass them on and handle follow-up questions, and then delete them.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, send a request through the contact form with "Privacy request" in the details, or call (385) 346-0996. Companies that already received your request must be contacted directly to delete their copy.

Children

This site is meant for adults and doesn't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
